Margn
Founded in 20XX, Operates out of New Delhi, India
MARGN is a contemporary design house that navigates the notions of protection, preservation, shelter or what all makes us human through clothing, sculptures and installations by merging disparate elements of our Indian upbringing into compelling personal stories.
Their primary idea is to study and interpret human systems. Humans have developed peculiar systems for packaging, building homes, or protecting our bodies, based on our instinctual need for survival. It all boils down to protecting ourselves, our loved ones, or objects of value to us. Through Margn, we aim to channel our cerebral and emotional understanding of these systems to ingeminate the thought that despite geographical, political and cultural divides, we as humans are similar in our ways of being no matter who we are and where we are from.
